Activities - Village Studies
This activity takes place around the thousand year old village of Buckden.
Led by visiting staff, a route around the village stops at features of interest covering three key subjects: the water cycle and water use, physical geography, and history from the Romans to the present.
A very valuable addition to the programme for those schools studying contrasting locations at Key Stage 2. Also a chance for youngsters from towns and cities to gain a better understanding of the life of the countryside.
